Twin Lakes, WI Housing Market Trends

With a population of 6,363, 2,813 total housing units (homes and apartments), and a median house value of $436,050, Twin Lakes real estate is some of the most expensive in Wisconsin, although Twin Lakes home values aren't among America's most expensive.

Single-family detached homes are the single most common housing type in Twin Lakes, accounting for 80.41% of the village's housing units.
