Terre Hill is a very small borough located in the state of Pennsylvania. With a population of 1,338 people and just one neighborhood, Terre Hill is the 752nd largest community in Pennsylvania. Terre Hill has a large stock of pre-World War II architecture, making it one of the older and more historic boroughs in the country.

Terre Hill real estate is some of the most expensive in Pennsylvania, although Terre Hill house values don't compare to the most expensive real estate in the U.S.
