Stroudsburg is a somewhat small borough located in the state of Pennsylvania. With a population of 5,832 people and nine associated neighborhoods, Stroudsburg is the 239th largest community in Pennsylvania. Stroudsburg has an unusually large stock of pre-World War II architecture, making it one of the older and more historic boroughs.
